Baltimore Kollel
Through Torah study, learning and outreach, to impart the Shlichims' love for learning, the State of Israel, and their fellow Jew to every Jew (young, old, men and women alike) interested at strengthening Jewish identity and Torah knowledge among all sectors of the Jewish community.
